FixedFitness Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Mouthguards (opened or used)
• Handwraps (used)
• Any item marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service — return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees are the customer's responsibility.
